Use Case: Your company has remote assets outside of the company network, these assets have data acquisition set up which sends data to the PI system, as your main operational historian. There are numerous ways you interact with your operational data, but the main way you view the data is through PI Vision. The challenge with using PI Vision is that you need to be within the company network, so accessing information on-site of your remote assets is impossible.
